Service Description

Addiction is often a storm that feels impossible to navigate alone. I want to be that beacon that guides my clients to recognise the rocky shores of their habits. The "mindshift" here is moving from a cycle of dependency to a life of autonomy and resilience. I don’t just want to guide my clients to stop a behaviour; I want to guide them to light up a new path where they no longer feel the need to hide or escape.
