1. THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

Welcome to Lighthouse Mindshift. By accessing this website or engaging in our coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms ensure a professional, productive, and transparent environment for your growth.

 

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. While I am committed to helping you Rewrite your story and illuminate your path, results depend on your own engagement, effort, and follow-through.

  • Scope: Coaching services are for personal and professional development and do not constitute therapy, medical counselling, legal, or financial advice.

 

  • Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the decisions and actions taken based on our sessions. You warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

 

2. SERVICES, FEES & DIGITAL ACCESS

  • Engagement: Specific coaching packages or individual sessions will be agreed upon in writing (via email or signed agreement) before services commence.

 

  • Payment: Fees are due as outlined in your specific invoice. Lighthouse Mindshift reserves the right to suspend access to sessions or digital materials until payment is confirmed in full.

 

  • Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of coaching and the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property, fees are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests for unrendered services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.

 

3. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & PUNCTUALITY

To maintain the momentum of your progress:

  • Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

 

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee at my discretion.

 

  • Punctuality: Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. If you are late, the session will still conclude at the original end time to respect subsequent bookings.

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Lighthouse Mindshift—including worksheets, guides, videos, and website text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Lighthouse Mindshift.

  • Licence: You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own growth.

 

  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sell, record sessions without consent, or claim this content as your own.

 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY

I respect the sanctity of our coaching space.

  • Non-Disclosure: I will not disclose any information pertaining to you without your prior written consent, except as required by law (e.g., where there is a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others).

 

  • Data Protection: Lighthouse Mindshift will only collect and process your personal data for the purposes of service delivery and communication. Your data will be stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lighthouse Mindshift and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website. You agree to indemnify and hold Lighthouse Mindshift harmless against any claims or legal costs resulting from your breach of these terms.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation or professional mediation before seeking formal legal recourse.
