Service Description

Trauma can leave a person feeling like their internal compass is permanently broken. I want to provide a stable, non-judgemental light that acknowledges the past without letting it wreck the present. I facilitate a shift from "What is wrong with me?" to "What happened to me, and how do I move forward?" It’s about creating a safe space for the mind to shift back into a state of security.
